Ed Huebert

President & CEO

Ed is currently Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Canadian Gold Corp. He previously served as Special Advisor on Mining to the Cabinet Secretary on Economic Development for Manitoba, where he developed many of the province’s incentive programs, including the Mines Tax Holiday and Manitoba Exploration Tax Credit. He also served as acting mine manager for the Snap Lake Mine and environmental manager for De Beers’ Northwest Territories projects. Other notable positions held during his impressive career include Yukon’s Deputy Minister of Environment and Executive Vice President for the Mining Association of Manitoba. He has earned a Masters of Natural Resources Management Degree from the University of Manitoba and is a Ph.D. candidate, in Natural Resource Planning from the University of British Columbia.

JENNIFER BOYLE

Executive Vice-President

Ms. Boyle is a Director and Founder, and former Executive Chair of Canadian Gold Corp. Jennifer sat as a member of the board of directors of Carlisle Goldfields Limited (TSX:CGJ) before it was acquired by Alamos Gold Inc. in January 2016, and she sat as a member of the board of directors of Nevada Exploration Inc. (TSXV:NGE) (2010 to 2015). Jennifer is a former securities lawyer who has been, for the past 18 years, working at founding or re-organizing early-stage junior resource issuers, and developing various growth strategies for various clients. Formerly, Jennifer was Chief Executive Officer of St. Eugene Mining before the company was bought by Claude Resources Inc. and she was a founding director and Executive Vice President of Canadian Royalties Inc. (1997 to 2006); co-founder and Executive Vice President of Golden Valley Mines Ltd. (2002 to 2005); and co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Takara Resources Inc. (2006 to 2013). She currently sits as a member of the national advisory committee and the local advisory committee for the TSX Venture Exchange, and is General Counsel at an Institutional Forex and IIROC dealer.

JULIO DIGIROLAMO

CFO

Mr. DiGirolamo is a Chartered Professional Accountant who has over 22 years of experience including, most-recently, five years as CFO for Carlisle Goldfields Limited, a TSX-listed gold exploration company having projects located in northern Manitoba, Canada, until its acquisition by Alamos Gold Inc. in January 2016. Mr. DiGirolamo was also recently appointed CFO for SGX Resources Inc. He began his public market experience while holding various senior roles during his five years with Greenstone Resources Ltd., a TSX and NASDAQ-listed gold mining company with activities focused in four Latin American countries. Over his career, Mr. DiGirolamo has served on the boards of various public and non-profit organizations.
